ขั้นตอนการขอรับบริการแปลเอกสารและรับรองเอกสารโดยกองนิติกรณ์ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

สื่งที่ท่านต้องเตรียมมาติดต่อไปรษณีย์มีขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

  • กรณีเอกสารเป็นเอกสารที่ออกโดยราชอาณาจักรไทย และ ยังมีต้นฉบับอยู่และไม่ชำรุดเช่น สูติบัตร, หนังสือจัดตั้งนามสกุล ,หนังสือเปลี่ยนชื่อนามสกุล,บัตรประชาชน,คำขอมีบัตรประชาชน,ทะเบียนบ้าน,แบบรับรองรายการทะเบียนราษฎร์ , ทะเบียนสมรส, ใบสำคัญสมรส, ทะเบียนหย่า, ทะเบียนฐานะครอบครัว, ทะเบียนการรับรองบุตร, หนังสือรับรองโสด

  • 1.1. ตรวจสอบราคาเอกสารที่ท่านต้องการแปลว่ามีอยู่ในรายการแปลมาตรฐานหรือไม่
    หากไม่มีกรุณาติดต่อศูนย์แปลเพื่อประเมินราคาค่าแปลได้ที่ customer@bhim-t.com

  • 1.2. ส่งเอกสารที่ต้องการแปลตัวจริงพร้อมสำเนา และกรอกใบคำนวณค่าแปลเอกสารและรับรอง สะกดรายชื่อการสะกดภาษาอังกฤษที่ถูกต้องตามหนังสือเดินทาง ทุกชื่อที่ปรากฏในเอกสาร ยกตัวอย่างเช่น หากท่านต้องการแปล ใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ สิ่งที่ท่านต้องส่งให้กับทางศูนย์แปล ชื่อนามสกุลเก่า ชื่อใหม่ ชื่อ บิดา ชื่อมารดา สามารถดูตัวอย่างเอกสาร ได้ที่ ตัวอย่างเอกสาร

  • 1.3. หนังสือมอบอำนาจ

  • - กรณีผู้มอบอำนาจ พำนักอยู่ที่ประเทศไทย ให้แนบพร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของเจ้าของเอกสาร ติดอากรแสตมป์ 10 บาท

  • - กรณีมอบอำนาจ พำนักอาศัยอยู่ที่ต่างประเทศเจ้าของเอกสารต้องติดต่อสถานทูตไทยประจำประเทศที่ตนเองพำนักอยู่ เพื่อทำใบมอบอำนาจ มอบให้ นางสาวปภัชณัชชา ดงวิลาหล ดำเนินการ ยื่นขอรับรองนิติกรณ์

  • - กรณีมอบอำนาจ ผู้มอบอำนาจต้องบรรลุนิติภาวะแล้ว หากยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะให้ผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้มอบอำนาจ พร้อมแนบเอกสารความสัมพันธ์ประกอบ เช่น สำเนาสูติบัตร หรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของบุตร

  • 1.4. กรอกรายละเอียดชื่อผู้มอบอำนาจ

  • 1.5. นำเอกสารทั้งหมด ติดต่อ ไปรษณีย์ เพื่อขอใช้บริการ

  • 1.6. รอรับบริการ 14วันทำการหลังจากที่ติดต่อไปรษณีย์ไทย

  • กรณีเอกสารเป็นเอกสารที่ออกในราชอาณาจักรไทย เช่น มรณบัตร

  • 2.1. ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่ท่านต้องการแปลว่ายังมีต้นฉบับอยู่และไม่ชำรุด ในกรณีที่เป็นเอกสารที่ออกในสหราชอาณาจักรไทย

  • 2.2. ตรวจสอบราคาเอกสารที่ท่านต้องการแปลว่ามีอยู่ในรายการแปลมาตรฐานหรือไม่ หากไม่มีกรุณาติดต่อศูนย์แปลเพื่อประเมินราคาค่าแปลได้ที่ customer@bhim-t.com

  • 2.3. ส่งเอกสารที่ต้องการแปลตัวจริงพร้อมสำเนา และกรอกใบคำนวณค่าแปลเอกสารและรับรองพร้อมรายชื่อการสะกดภาษาอังกฤษที่ถูกต้องตามหนังสือเดินทาง ทุกชื่อที่ปรากฏในเอกสาร ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ใบมรณบัตร ท่านต้องสะกดชื่อ ผู้ตาย , บิดา,มารดา สามารถดูตัวอย่างเอกสาร ได้ที่ ตัวอย่างเอกสาร

  • 2.4. หนังสือมอบอำนาจ

  • - กรณีมอบอำนาจ ผู้ที่จะสามารถยื่นขอรับรองเอกสารเกี่ยวกับใบมรณบัตรได้ จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องมีความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ตาย เช่น สามี ภรรยา บิดา มารดา พี่น้อง พร้อมแนบเอกสารความสัมพันธ์ประกอบ กรณี สามีภรรยา แนบสำเนาทะเบียนสมรสหรือใบสำคัญสมรส , บิดา มารดา พี่น้อง แนบสำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน หรือสำเนาสูติบัตรเพื่อแสดงความสัมพันธ์

  • - กรณีพำนักอาศัยอยู่ที่ต่างประเทศ ผู้ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต้องนำเอกสารต้องติดต่อสถานทูตไทยประจำประเทศที่ตนเองพำนักอยู่ เพื่อทำใบมอบอำนาจ มอบให้ นางสาวปภัชณัชชา ดงวิลาหล ดำเนินการ ยื่นขอรับรองนิติกรณ์

  • 2.5 นำเอกสารทั้งหมด ติดต่อ ไปรษณีย์ เพื่อขอใช้บริการ

  • 2.6. รอรับบริการ 14วันทำการหลังจากที่ติดต่อไปรษณีย์ไทย

    • กรณีที่ท่านมีเอกสารคำแปลมาเรียบร้อย

    ขั้นตอนการขอรับรองเอกสาร โดยกองนิติกรณ์ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

    • เอกสารฉบับแปล

    • เอกสารต้นฉบับ *ตัวจริง

    • เอกสารแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของ เช่น สำเนาบัตรประชาชน กรณีเป็นนิติบุคคล ใช้หนังสือรับรองบริษัทและสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม



Steps for translation service and legalization service by the Legalization Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Please prepare the followings to Thailand Post

  • For the documents issued in Thailand and still have the originals in good conditions, for example, Certificate of Birth, Certificate of Surname Establishment, Certificate of Surname Change, Identification Card, Application for Identification Card, House Registration, Certified Particulars of Civil Registration, Registration of Marriage, Certificate of Marriage, Registration of Divorce, Registration of Family Status, Registration of Child Legitimation, Letter of Marital Status Certification

  • 1.1.Check the translation rates with the standard translation list, or contact the Translation Center for rate evaluation via customer@bhim-t.com

  • 1.2. Fill out the translation and legalization form (download at Translation and Legalization Rate) and submit the original and the copy of the documents to be translated with spellings (based on the passports) of all names appeared in the documents, for instance, for translating the Certificate of Name Change, the names to be given to the Translation Center are your old and new name, father’s name, mother’s name, or see example *Example Document *

  • 1.3. Power of Attorney

  • - If the authorizing person is residing in Thailand, a copy of identification card or passport of the document owner must be attached with 10 Baht revenue stamp.

  • - If the authorizing person is residing abroad, the document owner must contact the Royal Thai Embassy in the residing country for the Power of Attorney, authoring Miss Prmjit Dongvilahol to proceed the document legalization.

  • - For authorization, the person must reach his/her legal age. If he/she has not reached the legal age, a parent will be the person authorizing, and a document showing the relationship must be attached, for instance, a copy of Certificate of Birth or a copy of House Registration of the child.

  • 1.4. fill out the Application for Document Legalization

  • 1.5. Submit all documents above to Thailand Post

  • 1.6. The service takes 14 days after contacting Thailand Post

  • For the documents issued in Thailand, for instance, Certificate of Death

  • 2.1. The documents to be translated, issued in the Kingdom of Thailand, must have the originals and shall be in good conditions

  • 2.2. Check the translation rates with the standard translation list, or contact the Translation Center for rate evaluation via customer@bhim-t.com

  • 2.3.Fill out the translation and legalization form (download at Translation and Legalization Rate) and submit the original and the copy of the documents to be translated with spellings (based on the passports) of all names appeared in the documents, for instance, for translating the Certificate of Name Change, the names to be given to the Translation Center are your old and new name, father’s name, mother’s name, or see example

  • 2.4. Power of Attorney

  • -For authorization, the person who can apply for legalization of the Certificate of Death must relate with the deceased, for instance, being husband, wife, mother, sibling, and must attach the proof of relationship. For husband or wife, a copy of Certificate of Marriage or Registration of Marriage must be attached; for father/mother or siblings, a copy of House Registration or Certificate of Birth must be attached to proof the relationship.

  • - If residing abroad, the person must bring the documents to the Royal Thai Embassy in the residing country for making a power of attorney, authorizing Miss Premjit Dongvilahol to proceed the document legalization.

  • 2.5 Submit all documents above to Thailand Post

  • 2.6. The service takes 14 days after contacting Thailand Post
