สิ่งที่ท่านต้องนำมาติดต่อไปรษณีย์คือ
แบบฟอร์มคำขอรับรองนิติกรณ์เอกสาร / Application Form for Legalization
ต้นฉบับของเอกสารภาษาไทยพร้อมสำเนา 1 ชุด ถ้าตามตัวอย่างคือท่านต้องเตรียม ต้นฉบับ ของ สูติบัตร ทะเบียนบ้าน ใบสำคัญหย่า ทะเบียนรับรองบุตร พร้อมสำเนา
ชื่อสะกดทุกชื่อที่ถูกต้องตามหนังสือเดินทางหากไม่มี สะกดถูกต้องตามบัตรประชาชน อาทิเช่น สูติบัตร ชื่อที่ต้องการคือ ชื่อบุคคลที่เกิด ชื่อ-นามสกุล บิดา, ชื่อ-นามสกุล มารดา (นามสกุลมารดาก่อนสมรส)
ใบมอบอำนาจ พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของเจ้าของเอกสาร ติดอากรแสตมป์ 10 บาท
